A Guided Meditation: Body Scan
For our meditation this month we are simply going to explore a series of questions. . . that will guide you inward to feeling your internal being with your “inner eye” and finding yourself able to feel emotion and melt blocks of unexpressed feeling. Visually, if you are also inclined to become inspired by the moving images, simply imagine you are the deer, touching your nose to new smells, new temperature, new sound.
